• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Error 502 nginx

kankamuso

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
22.04.4 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.60 #1
I had some hardware problemas with my provider and moved to a new one. We ordered it with Ubuntu and restored all our domains, emails, etc.. A few days later it has started throwing error 502 and I cannot find a way to solve it. If, for a given domain, I disable nginx acting like a proxy, it will show the main web but it will still fail with subdomains like webmail.xxxx.com and any other page like https://mypage/my_sub_page.

We are running this:

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Product: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.60 Update #1, last updated on April 25, 2024 12:03 PM

Any help will be appreciated as I don't know what else to check after performing full plesk repair, checking there is apache2 running and that IPBan is disabled...

Thanks in advance,

Jose

Either check logs and provide more detailed information, or contact the support team.

Check the Apache and Nginx logs ones at first:
