Error 503 on one domain

Basic Pleskian
I receive the error just on one domain, when i saw this error i check server and server has a RAM, CPU ok.

Site use ASP + ISAPREWRITE is this causing this problem?

How can i fix this?
 
There are bunch of KB articles regarding "Error 503" on Plesk 11 for Windows. Have you checked them? Any results?
