Error 504 and 503 in all the pages of a suscriptor

Dear Sirs,
Let me please explain a problem I’m experiencing with my Plesk Parallels with version 11.0.9 on CentOS 6.6
I am having trouble with one of my subscribers specifically 2 days ago has started to give me errors and stop working everywhere the same.
At first time I was having:
Timeout Error 504 in Nginx.
The following link gives me a possible solution, the reality is q there are some steps that can not be done, I just do not solve the problem.
Then it started to show me the sites the following error:
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

I speak to access the POA management node and create an XML file containing them declared with the ID of the subscriber who want to increase the limit of connections.
The questions at this point are:
1. What could be the reason for this failure that is giving to me this specific subscriber? Considering that it has not made any changes to any settings.
2. How to access the POA management node? I imagine that is not the same Plesk Panel Administration as looking internally and nothing referred appears.

In another article I red about reconfiguring Apache, but I think it’s such a delicate operation that I prefer not to apply until be completely sure.
3. Would this be a solution? When the command apache --reconfigure what it is really doing?

If someone could help me with a solution I would really appreciate it

Sorry, I do not understand why you want to use KB articles for POA for resolving Plesk problems? It is absolutely different product.
Please use KB search and select Plesk product there instead of POA.

Thank you very much for your answer, what I did was a general search on google referring to the problem I'm having with my server and sent me to this possible solution , but I see it not be that way , the mistakes continue to have , I read some post here something but can not find solution. First of all I'd suggest you reconfigure settings of your webserver with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

and check how it goes on after that.

I reconfigured as you suggested to me and after a while again giving me the error in the pages of a subscriber. It is only in a specific one . According to the logs I posted you is possible that the error could be another thing?
