error 997

when i click to start the control panel.. i get "error 997 at start service apache2verlapped I/O operation is in progress..

i'm unable to open the configuration on the browser:
http://localhost:8443 (i get a page cannot be display)

i'm on a W2K server with IIS 50.

i need some assistance to resolve this today..

Why could'nt you just answere his question?

Please make sure that you install Plesk 6.5.2 on a clean server. I ran into this same issue. After rebuilding the server and successfully installing Plesk I have had no problems. Yes there will be some configuring to do but then again no program is ever perfect.
