Error adding domain

I get this error when adding new domain for customer:

"Error: Unable to update hosting preferences: Update FTP user failed: ftpmng --update-user failed: Virtual host Default FTP Site on IP address 192.168.0.162 already exists"

What is the problem?

you have probably configured the IP as a dedicated IP in the control panel.

If you need more than 1 domain on the same IP, you will need to set it as a shared IP
from server -> IP addresses

it is already shared IP in the IP addresses,also this message appears:
