Error after mysql upgrade

I recently upgraded our server to mysql 5 and thought everything was fine until I tried to login to the plesk 8.0 panel.

At that point I recieved this error:

MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'd.id' in 'on clause'

So I thought ok i'll upgrade plesk but on running the autoinstaller it starts fine and then errors out with the following error:

Reading system installed packages...done.

ERROR: Package perl-HTML-Tree-1:1:3.16-cos4.build81070322.16.noarch listed in inf3 file, but not found in build headers (hdr.gz) file, possible versions mismatch.
ERROR: Installation failed

I realy need help in sorting this out as we need plesk back running
