I recently upgraded our server to mysql 5 and thought everything was fine until I tried to login to the plesk 8.0 panel.
At that point I recieved this error:
MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'd.id' in 'on clause'

DomainsList->fetchDomainsList()

So I thought ok i'll upgrade plesk but on running the autoinstaller it starts fine and then errors out with the following error:
Reading system installed packages...done.
Download file build-8.1.1-cos4.2-i386.hdr.gz: 16%..28%..39%..51%..62%..73%..85%..96%..100% done
Download file update-8.1.1-cos4.2-i386.hdr.gz: 58%..100% done
Resolve components
ERROR: Package perl-HTML-Tree-1:1:3.16-cos4.build81070322.16.noarch listed in inf3 file, but not found in build headers (hdr.gz) file, possible versions mismatch.
ERROR: Installation failed
I realy need help in sorting this out as we need plesk back running
