• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Error after running statistics

Hello,

Plesk 9.5.4
Debian 5 64 Bits

If I run manually the stats for one domain:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=whatever.com

At the end I receive this error:

error: error accessing /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN1.COM/statistics/logs: No such file or directory
error: DOMAIN1.COM:1 glob failed for /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN1.COM/statistics/logs/*.processed
error: error accessing /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN2.COM/statistics/logs: No such file or directory
error: DOMAIN2.COM:1 glob failed for /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN2.COM/statistics/logs/*.processed
error: error accessing /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN3.COM/statistics/logs: No such file or directory
error: DOMAIN3.COM:1 glob failed for /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN3.COM/statistics/logs/*.processed
error: error accessing /var/log/kav/5.5/kav4mailservers: No such file or directory
error: psa-kav.conf:1 glob failed for /var/log/kav/5.5/kav4mailservers/*.log
error: error accessing /usr/share/tomcat5.5/logs: No such file or directory
error: tomcat:2 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat5.5/logs/*.log

Where DOMAIN1.COM 2 and 3 were domains hosted in the past but now deleted. I know is not a big problem but. How can I fix it?

Regards
