Unfortunately, CentOS 8 is long end of life and no longer supported. The Plesk version you are using is also quite old and out of support. The issue is known, and the best possible solution is to upgrade Plesk to the latest version. But as you are on an operating system that is end of life for longer than 1.5 years, it won't be possible to upgrade on the existing machine.
For that reason I suggest to first migrate to a newer operating system, e.g. Alma 8 or 9. Using the latest Plesk and migrating from the existing Plesk to the new one will probably automatically solve the issue and a lot more. It will also give you many new features and will speed up everything.
