Issue ERROR: Call to undefined function demo_version() (restart_services.php:19)

New Pleskian
I upgrade my plesk installation from 12.5 to onyx.
Since then when i am trying to resart services i get the message ERROR: Call to undefined function demo_version() (restart_services.php:19)
 
Services Management feature was reworked in Onyx and there is no restart_services.php in it. Is your upgrade finished successfully?
 
after the plesk repair installation command , i got no issues to restart services, but i have an error at log file that says : Errors occurred while performing the following actions: upgrade Plesk business logic.
