I had WHMCS and Parallels Plesk Panel 12.x for Windows，
If I have more than two subscription,Only the first subscription is normal,Can jump to the Plesk background.
The second subscription or other subscription, is wrong:Error code: 1001. Error message: Authentication failed. Please enter the correct cred
How can I fix this problem?

so you are trying to activate from whmcs and you are getting this error? Have you checked the logs from whmcs?
