Resolved error creating database after upgrade mariadb

I am getting the following error while creating a database after upgrading mariadb 5X to 10X

Error: DB query failed: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '85' for key 'PRIMARY', query was: replace accounts set `id`='0', `type`='sym', `password`='$AES-128-CBC$XFYSbmyM9BhGszwLoW+hzg==$fZuhQJFNZI2rmSrLjJdE1w=='
