Error creating new domain

OK!

I search the websrvmng.exe and it as found in:

Directory of C:\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin

In C:\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin is the other's executables and files... the normally.

This files should be in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin ?

just try and start all the stopped domains in the IIS....If they do not start..... delete them and restart the IIS. This must fix the issue.......and try adding the domain after re-logging in to the control panel
