Error deleting client

When trying to delete A client I get the following error:
Internal error: Access is denied.
Message Access is denied.
File Hierarchical.php
Line 105
Type Exception

I'm on plesk 12.0.18 Update #53 and have run the plesk reconfigurator to check for permissons issues.

How can I solve this?

Strange, this problem has been fixed in previous microupdates - http://kb.odin.com/en/122706
Please check log file mentioned in article. Do you have the same error message there?
