Question Error- Domain Already exists

Hello

I am running a plesk hosting server one of my hosting sites Home - DNS-01.com Core Hosting
After removing a users account because he totally messed up SSL and tried to re add it.
And now I am getting the error. The domain already exisits. But I cannot seem to find a DNS record for it anywhere.

Can someone please shed so light on this for me

Have you checked Plesk database? What about

plesk db

select * from domains where name="yourdomain.com"\G

That's right. You can't register because that username already exists. Try to go to the tech support page and write them a request.
