Error during migration

We are have a problem using Plesk Migration Manager during import of an Helm 3.2.16 server. We don't if can help but before starting we get an informative screen with this informative message:

There are not IP addresses assigned to the domain specified for the migration: No IP mapping is needed.

Version informations:
Plesk server: Windows 2008 Web Edition
Helm server: Windows 2003
Plesk/Helm version: 8.6.0.5/3.2.16

Domain migration from Plesk versions 9.0 than 9.3 is failed. Any solutions for this.
