Question ERROR: E:The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/debian/PMM_0.1.10 buster Release' does not have a Release file.

I see the following plesk.list on my default Plesk 18.0.39 installation on Debian 10:

this changes makes the "pum"-error:

I think plesk have lost connections in permissions or similar ?

Try to remove Plesk Migrator component in Plesk installer and perform 'apt update' and then install it back.
