If you cannot resolve the problem on your own, contact product technical support for assistance..

I get the above message when trying to update. Anyone know the best place to start.
 
I've got the same error here, did you have any luck fixing it?
 
Look at the error message, it will typically give you what package could not be installed, or at least provide a log file to look at. If you used the GUI it wont give you anything usefull, but usually sends you an email with a result that you can look at for more details.
