Have you checked on Plesk server that command

# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf

works fine?

For example, on my test Plesk 12.5 server I see:

[root@ppu12-5 ~]# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf
PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa

Have you checked on Plesk server that command

# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf

works fine?

For example, on my test Plesk 12.5 server I see:

[root@ppu12-5 ~]# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf
PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa

Hello,

12.5.30.10

yes it works but does not carry

[root@server ~]# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf
PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa
[root@server ~]#

Failed to check Plesk API connection to the source server 'source' (185.90.81.9)
But what is your source server? Plesk or cPanel?

I've exactly the same problem, my server source is a Cpanel server.

I want migrate my accounts form cpanel to plesk 12.5.30

If you have any solution :(

Hello,

Migration from Cpanel available only via CLI now. It will be available via GUI in Plesk Migrator 1.4, which will be released till the end of November.

You can refer http://talk.plesk.com/threads/migration-transfer-manager-missing.335372/#post-789322 how to use Plesk Migrator CLI. You can use following configuration file samples: cpanel.ini or cpanel.simple.ini.

Also I would like to suggest you complete instruction how to migrate from Cpanel: http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/mi...rvers/migrating-from-a-server-running-cpanel/.

If you runing migration from Cpanel and have received errors like "/bin/grep: /etc/psa/psa.conf: No such file or directory" in most cases it means that source panel type was specified in config.ini incorrectly:

[GLOBAL]
source-type = "plesk"

Instead of

[GLOBAL]
source-type = "cpanel"

Hello,

Let's wait until the end of November?

Could I suggest you to try Plesk Migrator CLI for migration from Cpanel to Plesk? As you can see, there are several simple steps to perform it.

Or you can refer http://talk.plesk.com/threads/free-migration-from-cpanel-to-plesk-12.331870/ to get assistance.

Could you please provide me (privately) debug log: /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/logs/panel-migrator.debug.log. Detailed steps listed there, so I would be able to detect concrete command, that throws error like "Channel closed".

ssh okey

Please check the migration tool documentation for more details.
[root@server panel-migrator]# ssh [email protected]

It is really strange. Plesk Migrator failed to create temporary directory on source Cpanel server to deploy dump agent. Actually, it failed to perform simple ssh connection with error "Authentication failed". If root password, specified in config.ini, is correct, and ssh connection is accessible manually, I am confused...

I would like to reproduce an issue by myself to detect the root cause, but I need access to your target Plesk server for that. Could you please contact Odin support team or me directly, via private conversation?
