Basic Pleskian
Hi

I cant update with my Plesk Autoupdate, I believe the problem is I have a native PHP 7.1.9 version with others aditional PHP versions as PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.6.
This error come from last yum updates because when I had PHP 7.1.5 or 7.1.6 from vendor there are any problem with Plesk autoupdate.

I paste report:

Hello

I tried both alternatives without luck. With your first option I receive next message:

In this second option I dont know what code should add in 5 steap "rpm -e --nodeps alt-php54-tidy-5.4.45-37.el7.x86_64"

Thank you very much

Hi lepe,

pls. note, that REMOVING your current "alt-php" - packages from your system, requires YOUR very own installed package names. To list the installed packages, you would use for example:
Code:
rpm -qa | grep alt-php

yum list installed | grep alt-php

Sorry, without any changes

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qa | grep alt-php
[root@localhost ~]# yum list installed | grep alt-php
[root@localhost ~]#

Do you know say me what codes should I typing in ssh for solve these libtidy problems?

When i joined to my plesk dashboard I have much top messages with autoupdates problems
thank you very much

Hi lepe;

did you notice:
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -ivh epel-release-7-10.noarch.rpm
warning: epel-release-7-10.noarch.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 352c64e5: NOKEY

file /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo from install of epel-release-7-10.noarch conflicts with file from package epel-release-7-9.noarch
If you use old ( v.7-9. ) and new repos ( v.7-10. ), you might certainly experience issues/errors/problems. Pls. consider to check your current used repos at "/etc/yum.repos.d/" and delete or disable conflicting sources.

You might have seen:
libtidy-devel-0.99.0-31.20091203.el7.x86_64 requires libtidy(x86-64) = 0.99.0-31.20091203.el7
libtidy-devel-0.99.0-31.20091203.el7.x86_64 requires libtidy-0.99.so.0()(64bit)
... where yum points you directly to the fact, that the package "libtidy-devel" needs the package "libtidy" to be installed.

Pls. download the package "http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PHP56_17/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/extra/libtidy-5.4.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm" manually with for example "wget" and install it afterwards:
Code:
mkdir -p /root/plesk/addons/rpms

cd /root/plesk/addons/rpms

wget https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PHP56_12/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/extra/libtidy-5.4.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm

rpm -Uvh libtidy-5.4.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm

Pls. note, that you have as well the choice to "force" an installation with for example "rpm -Uvh --force FULL-PACKAGE-NAME.rpm"

Afterwards, pls. repeat the Plesk autoinstaller command:
Code:
plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

Thank you for your help @UFHH01

I tried force the installation of "libtidy" and it seem require install differents tidy versions for each php version, example:
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh --force libtidy-5.4.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libtidy(x86-64) = 0.99.0-31.20091203.el7 is needed by (installed) libtidy-devel-0.99.0-31.20091203.el7.x86_64
libtidy-0.99.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) libtidy-devel-0.99.0-31.20091203.el7.x86_64

[root@localhost rpms]#

About delete or disable epel-release 7-9 or 7-10 i dont know how do it, I tried deleting from root/epel-release-7-9.noarch.rpm and changing to "enable=0" the following files of etc/yum.repos.d :

epel-testing.repo
epel.repo
epel.repo.rpmnew

Then if I run again rpm -ivh epel-release-7-10.noarch.rpm or rpm -ivh epel-release-7-9.noarch.rpm it notify me again about Conflicts between both version, I dont find in repos any file (neither within it) called epel-release-7-xxx

Sorry, my knowledge dont allow me do more

Hi lepe,

did you know, that Plesk offers as well "Administration services" ? Pls. conisder to request a ticket, so that experienced service administrators and system engineers will be able to solve your software package issues directly on your server:

Hi

I uninstalled all PHP extra versions from Plesk (PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.6)

Now errors regarding php versions have disappeared but persist the same error "libtidy-0.99.so.0"

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Hi lepe,

Failed loading /usr/lib64/php/modules/php_opcache.dll: /usr/lib64/php/modules/php_opcache.dll: cannot open shared object f ile: No such file or directory
For this issue/error/problem, pls. be informed, that ".dll" are windows related files ( dll = Dynamic Link Library ). Pls. correct your misconfiguration, so that the corresponding ".so" - files are used on linux - based systems.

Hi

I can confirm about these problems IT IS PHP 5.3.29 plesk extension installed used in a website (also uninstalled unused PHP 5.6).
I uninstalled this PHP version and I checked yum update + plesk update and it works fine.
If I try install again Plesk PHP 5.3.29 extension then errors in update come again

Dear Plesk admins; Do you can solve Plesk PHP extensions issues incompatibility with last YUM updates of September?
(I believe it is about the new PHP 7.1.10 do conflicts with all your Plesk PHP extra extensions)

I need these aditional Plesk PHP 5.3.29 for my other web and it dont works :(
