Resolved Error on check before upgrade plesk Onyx

I'm trying upgrade the Plesk 12.5 to Onyx but i have the error bellow during the check:

Plesk pre-upgrade checking...
ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

You could find MORE informations, by READING the mentioned KB - article ( and the linked documentations ) and you should then be able to solve such an issue with the provided resolution(s).

Hi Nilton Santos,

the Plesk - PRE-checking-process found a possible issue, when you continue with the upgrade - process and recommends resolutions, how you may solve that, if you experience issues after your upgrade. You have now the choice to follow the suggestions after your upgrade, or you just leave the possible issues as they are.
