Error on command: mchk.exe

Some customers veem experiencing errors in the mail when they send the message did not reach the addressee
There is something wrong with the Plesk or Mailenable
What can I do to repair? tried

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=mydomain.com

But the error message below..
