error on creating a domain

when i wanted to create my first domain in plesk i got this error-message:

"Internal Plesk error occurred: Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: dnsmng::remove() failed: dnsmng failed: dnsmng: Unable to open file "/opt/psa/var/lock/files/26d9d96d428d491b87bd77bbeae57bcf": Permission denied. System error 13: Permission denied dnsmng: Error occurred while locking the file /var/named/run-root/etc/named.conf System error 13: Permission denied"

what can I do?
 
Hello,

Check the permission of the file:

/var/named/run-root/etc/named.conf it should be 644.
