Error on creating account and on changing pwd

I have tried to change the pwd in an account I created and it says that it can not because the user doesn't exist. I haven't done anything anwhere else; I've only used the Plesk panel and now it doesn't allow me to change it.

I've also have had problems when I try to add a new hosting to a new domain.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.3.9 with Safari. I tried changing the browser to see if that is the problem but it is not. Netscape / Firefox / IE 5.5 / Safari is the same thing.

Does someone has a recepie through a SSL connection command line?

I'll really apreciate it!
