Yesterday works fine ... no changes "no upgardes for plesk or something" oO today i will login ... use username and Password ... then i see this

after the 3rd try to login ... now come this in LoginScreen

EDIT:
only the AdminUsername have this Problem.
NormalUser can login

It looks like that Plesk database was not correctly upgraded during Plesk upgrade.
Check it with

select * from upgrade_history;

and if you see problems with versions there try to use dbupgrade utility or contact support team if you can't fix it by yourself.

ok i will look ... but why can login yesterday .. the upgrade is ~15 weeks old. No Prob ... we do nothing ^^ *Bäm* can´t login ^^

but .. upgradetool say ...

^^ frist try ...

The EventViewer is clear ... only the "normal" errors from w3wp.exe (IIS AppPool endet)

You shouldn't upgrade database because you have already 10.0.1.0 version.
It is difficult to say what is wrong there without access to server and detailed investigation. Maybe someone who had the same problem can help? Or contact support team if it is really urgent for you.

only the Admin cannot login .. reseller and DomainUser can login ^^

You need access to the server? No Problem i trust the Parallels Team
I can made a User for you and send it via PM or mail if you want this

it is the sso ^^ ahhh i hate this tool *grr* sso -d and i can login.

IgorG some ideas for repair this tool?

Try to search "sso" for "Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows" product in http://kb.odin.com There are some solution and maybe it will help you.
