ERROR: PleskFatalException

Regular Pleskian
So I installed Plesk 9.5 perfectly and then went to login and got this error

ERROR: PleskFatalException
StatInfo->getProductVersion failed: file_get_contents() failed: Empty error message from utility.

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskFatalException

Understood. Every time I uninstall and attempt to reinstall it tells me I am successfull. // perplexed \\
