ERROR: PleskFatalException

So I installed Plesk 9.5 perfectly and then went to login and got this error

ERROR: PleskFatalException
StatInfo->getProductVersion failed: file_get_contents() failed: Empty error message from utility.

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskFatalException

Check output of

# cat /usr/local/psa/version

For example:

# rpm -qf /usr/local/psa/version
psa-9.5.2-cos5.build95100504.10

Check that you have correctly installed psa package with

# rpm -V psa

error: file /usr/local/psa/version: No such file or directory
[root@domain.com psa]# rpm -V psa
package psa is not installed

If you haven't psa package installed you haven't Plesk installed.
