ERROR: PleskMainDBException Host '127.0.0.1' is not allowed

After trying to reset the 'admin" MySQL user password by resetting it on MySQL level, we see this error when trying to access the Plesk GUI:

ERROR: PleskMainDBException
Host '127.0.0.1' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Sadly I am now aware how to change this properly, but I will need help on how to solve the above issue.

Looks like your MySQL server is not correctly configured. You should just grant connection possibility for 127.0.0.1 in MySQL settings.
