Error PPWSE in plesk 11?? migrating domain from plesk 9 to 11.

Error:
The PPWSE-1.1-1.1 package was not found neither on the source server nor in APS catalog, so Panel will not consider this app as installed. However, all the app-related content should be restored correctly.

should i install PPWSE in plesk 11?? but in application catalog not listed..
what different PPWSE and Sitebuilder?
