Hello,

I'm having an issue after upgrading on screen shows in yellow the following message

Warning: The Panel is integrated with Customer and Business Manager. To get all benefits of this integration, create hosing plans in Business Manager. Create plans directly in the Panel only in special cases when you do not want them to be provisioned and tracked by Business Manager.

What is in black points to a link that is the following

When hit the link receive inmediately such "Error Report #4cd4010de2242"

I have upgraded a Windows 2008 Server R2 with no problem at all but now I'm getting this error and there is nowhere to find such error.

What should I fix or re-configure?

Is necesary to install the second "Parallels Small Business Panel" ??? I did not installed at the beginning.

When is a "rented" licence (paid monthly) is this "Parallels Small Business Panel" also included Or it has to be purchased separately?

Since everything was "working" I go ahead and hit "upgrade/install" this "Small Business" WHAT A MISTAKE!!!

First is requesting me a new licence key

Second there is no access to the system

third stuck in upgrading Java Runtime Environment

forth No I no longer have access to the panel WHAT A MISTAKE!!! installing this panel is simply a pain.

anyone can help me to uninstall and just keep version 10.0.0.1 and leave like that forever?

In install remove software there is no way to uninstall plesk, is formating the only way to do this?

Please advise and be aware.
