Hello,

I have installed and configured WHMCS. Unfortunately, since I installed the WHMCS update, I can no longer access PLESK from WHMCS.

Error message:

Single Sign-On Request Failed with a Fatal Error: Failed to connect to srv####.xxxx.com port 8443 after 130370 ms: Connection timed out

How can I check whether SSO is activated on PLESK? I have already tried to turn off the PLESK firewall, Fail2BAN and also Modsecurity. Unfortunately without success. The firewall on the WHMCS server is also off.

The strange thing is sometimes the connection works when I click on TEST connection under Server in WHMCS. Very strange.

Anyone an idea?
