Resolved ERROR: The installation of the package 'webdeploy' failed with code 1603.

Erico Morais

New Pleskian
Hy there!

Yesterday we finally upgraded our last Plesk 12.5 server to Onyx (17.8.11). During the upgrade one error was logged:

Code:
Details: ERROR: The installation of the package 'webdeploy' failed with code 1603. (upgrade: Upgrading Microsoft Web Deploy...)
Not all packages were installed.
Please contact product technical support.

Now we just came to realize that our Presence Builder is no longer funcional. When clicking its icon within the customer's Plesk account, the following error message is shown:

Code:
ERROR: require_once(): Failed opening required 'constants.php3' (include_path='F:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sb/include;F:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\vendor/plesk/zendframework/library;F:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib;F:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sb\include;F:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sb\include\PEAR') (PP.php:34)

No further debugging information has been presented.

I ran a search for the "constants.php3" file recursively in the Plesk dir, it's not there anywhere.

PS: This server's Plesk directory is indeed located in the F: partition, it's always been this way. Presence Builder was working fine before the upgrade.

How can we address this issue?

Thanks!

Hello,
It looks like your upgrade is not finished, so you need to launch once again and finalize update of packages:
plesk installer update
