Try to reconfigure domain with something like

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domainname.com

Some issue

I have the same issue but i had investigated and the problem is with the ip address.

You can try to update IP Address and change certificate (for example)...

Unable to update certificate in Web Server: websrvmng failed: Cannot find log rotation by ID 130
