Resolved Error updating from 18.0.44 to 18.0.51 on ubuntu 20

When trying to update from version 18.0.44 to 18.0.51 an error occurs. I also tried to update via the console, but the same error occurs also there. What can I do to successfully upgrade? The error log is attached.

I checked the autoinstall.plesk.com and in fact there is no PSA_18.0.44 folder, but it starts only with PSA_18.0.45. That might be the reason, for my plesk upgrade from 18.0.44 to 18.0.51 cannot find important files and fails. What can I do about that?

I started the installer with the above shown command. The installer then tried to install plesk 18.0.44, which is already installed. I want to upgrade to 18.0.51. So I followed the instruction on Plesk documentation: Upgrade von Plesk für Linux mithilfe der Installationskonsole

There it says to download the installer, make it executable and than start the installer.
The first errors that occur are for php installation due to no pubkey:

The last two error message quotes are identical to those I receive when I try to install th version through the admin panel. I have attached the full error log in the first post of this topic.
What can I dur to get the installation done?

I checked with my provider Strato. My Plesk licence is not eligible for direct plesk support and Strato cannot help to solve specific problems. I have a V-Server with Strato and it was initially used with ubuntu 16. So I used the plesk description for upgrading the operating system in 2 steps via ubuntu 18 to ubuntu 20. And I updated Plesk to Obsidian and all the way to version 18.0.44. Principally Strato cannot take any guarantee that the upgrade of the operating system even works on the V-Server, because some commonly used linux modules are not under control of the administrator of the V-Server, but are managed by Strato itself.
So the only advice they could give to me was to clean install the latest ubuntu version with the latest Plesk version and then to "migrate" the old system. I might use a new server, do the transfer and then cancel the no longer used server. If I want to be able to upgrade to operating system once in a while, I could change to a dedicated (limited resources) server, which in fact would not be much more expensive.
So I consider to do that, but prior to that I will check this forum to see, what problems might occur when trying to migrate an ubuntu 20 / plesk 18.0.44 installation to an ubuntu 22 / plesk 18.0.51 installation and how to do it with low risk and without loosing my installations (email, websites, files, databases and more).
Would you have some suggestions for the migration?
 
Since the issue could not be solved with all the advices I found here or in other places, I selected to change to a "dedicated server with limited available hardware" so that the price was only 4€ more per month compared to my V-Server. On the new dedicated server I installed ubuntu22 and the latest PLESK panel software. I used the Migrator (inspite of the few limits) and it showed me several warnings, of which most of them were easy to fix. That I started the migration of 3 domains.
The result was very good with only one exception. mySqlDump did not work. So I used phpMyAdmin to export all databases and imported them into the databases on the new server. After that the domains worked as before and all email accounts were transferred as well.
I then copied some saved data via scp command from the old to the new server and afterwards cancelled the contract with the old server.
The only downside of that change was the additional cost, that Strato asked for: they charged me over 60€ for the transfer of two domains from one Strato package to another and increased the monthly cost of the domains. When I complained, they reduced the amount to 22€ which I still consider unfair. So I will check the condition of other competitors.
Thanks to those who tried to help me solving my issue in the first place.
