Issue Error updating from Onyx to Obsidian on Debian 9

At the end of this log I see:

If you can't resolve the issue on your own, please address Plesk support.

So, you have to fix credentials for PhpMyAdmin database only. Looks like it is related:
WARNING!
Some problems are found during reset database user password for 'pma_NpWPO4qkoBOr@' - database user does not exist.(see log file: /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_17.8.11_repair.log)
All other steps were completed successfully.
