Error updating from plesk 1.5 to plesk 12

I'm getting this error when I try the update

Parallels Panel pre-upgrade checking...
FATAL_ERROR: Unable to match registry value by key /ve. Output: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\Packages\antivirus
(Predeterminado) REG_SZ

Any idea how to solve it? Is it safe to go on in this case?

PS, subject is wrong, I mean plesk 11.5

Try to update the registry value as "kav" for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\Packages\antivirus and resume upgrade procedure.

Perhaps it was errors of operating system, in you you should install it again
