error upgrading to 8.6

Hi,

I received this error in upgrading procedure

I have redhat enterprise 5.2

Have you any idea ?

P.s. i'm try to move , change permission to the chage file , but the system tell me if i not have the right permission to do it :-/ (i'm root)
