Error urgent

I have this error.


ERROR: Failed to run the Yum utility.
The Yum utility failed to install the required packages.
Attention! Your software might be inoperable.
Please, contact product technical support.

I am using Plesk 11.0.9 with centos 6


Please I have big problem with my plesk panel
service psa start psa:unrecognized service
/etc/init.d/psa start psa: No such file or directory

I am browsing internet for at least 10 hours. I can't find any solution..
Please Help my sites are down... plesk is down.

I psa is missing from etc file.

I can't reinstall plesk because I can't lost all the files

Do you have /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller file?
Run it and reinstall Plesk.
Also look at uninstall script - http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=209789
