Error! when add mail. CNAME Record

I got error "Incorrect combination of DNS records is present in the DNS zone" When add cname mail.domain.name
it occur only if the name is "mail"

I try to find the solution but it ended with add record manually to dns server.

There are any limitation?

Plesk doesn't support CNAME DNS record for mail.domain.tld since approximately Plesk 7.5. CNAME record was replaced with A in DNS template.

Thanks for your comment. I have plesk 9.2.1 for windows

So, How can I configure the dns for service like mail on google apps?. it require cname mail.doamin.tld set to their server. Or I have to resolve the cname to IP and put in my record?

Check your MX record

Make sure you don't still have a MX record for that zone that points to mail.whateveryourdomainis.tld. I had to nuke that before I could add the google config to my setup.
