Error when adding hosting to a domain

Hello,

I get the following error when I try to add hosting to a domain using Plesk Panel 9.5.4.

Error: Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: Unable to create system user: Empty error message from utility.

Please can anyone help.

Do you have any related errors in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log ?

This was a new installation / server so we just did a reinstall and now its all working fine. I would like to have known what the issue was, but there we go
