Error when install Templates

I am getting this error on my templates page when installing templates via RPM.

Warning: unlink(/usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/repository/templates//tmpl_inst): Permission denied in /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/classes/class.templates.inc on line 425


Any ideas out there in Sitebuilder land??
 
Figured it out by issusing this command:

chown -R nobody:nobody /usr/local/sitebuilder
