Error when moving from MailEnable to Hmailer

I am getting the following error when I tried to change the mail server from MailEnable to HMailer. Godaddy is not any help all they wanted is $20/month from me.

Error: Set default component failed: defpackagemng failed: Execute mchk.exe failed: Domain <mydomainname>.com [<mydomainname>.com] does not exist.

Any help is highly appreciated

Which version of hMail server do you use? As I remember such problems can occurs when you use not supported hMail 5 version. According http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Windows/9.2.3/plesk-9.2.3-for-windows.htm#6 only 4.4.1 version is supported.

Thanks. Yes when I tried with 4.4.1 I am able to setup. But now I am not able to access webmail.mydomain.com
it takes me to my www.mydomain.com

Could you please let me know whether I need to do any change?

Check DNS records for this domain, try to run mchk, reconfigurator.

For rebuilding mail settings:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>mchk.exe --all --fix=all

Pleask reconfigurator you can find in Windows Start menu.
