Error when trying to install the Payment Gateway and Business Manager

Everytime we try to add the Payment Gateway / Business Manager under component, we receive this error:

Installation started in background
Error: The Yum utility failed to install the required packages.
Attention! Your software might be inoperable.
Please, contact product technical support.

We are new to Plesk, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Igor thanks for your input, this is all very new to us, we had to change the mirrorlist urls, it was pointing to our server URL instead of CentOS URLS.
