Error when trying to update to 9.5.1

When trying to update from 9.3.0 to 9.5.1 i got the following error :

Failed to check whether a new license key is available.
Error: Failed to check whether a new license key is available.
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

Is this something i can handle or is this a Plesk/Parallels thing
 
Did you tried to perform upgrade via GUI or with autoinstaller via CLI?
Try to run

# sh /root/parallels/PSA_9.5.1/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh

and post output here.
 
i tried to update via the update function in version 9.3.0 (GUI)
When i started the update i got an email with the error.
