error when uploading csv data in phpMyAdmin

hi i'm trying to add some data from a csv file to the mySQL database using phpMyAdmin in plesk 7.5

i just created a new database and logged in phpMyAdmin just fine

when i went to upload the csv file in the table, i got an error
#1045 - Access denied for user: 'desiweblinks@localhost' (Using password: YES)

this is wired.. i'm logged in.. when won't it give me access to upload files????

i don't know how to add the data.. how else can i do it????
