error while backing up mailbox's

Hi all

Did any one faced issue with backup, generating error while reading messages for an account and backup generates error, I have pasted the same below.

Yes, we've seen this error on our Win2k8 R2 with MailEnable 4 and Plesk 9.5.3 while doing full backup. Not sure what it is and how to solve it.
