Resolved Error with API calls

I am getting the following error with the RESTful API at the "/api/v2/databases" endpoint.

"message" : "Parser error: Request is invalid. Error in line 1: Element 'webspace-id': '0' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'id_type'."
}

I have tried to access the endpoint with both the Basic and X-API-Key. This was working until 18.0.53.
It also fails in the Swagger RESTful sandbox from the Admin.
I'm running Plesk Obsidian 18.0.53 and just updated to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 today. Still the issue continues.
I saw other people are having the same issue but the thread was marked as resolved. However, the solution did not resolve my issue.
