Error with migration manager

I'm having trouble with the migration manager. I'm trying to transfer files from an existing server to a new one, and I use plesk for both. But after providing all the right details, it retrieves the information but then give the following error message:
Error: launchpad error (Error code = 2):

Failed to execute scout.
The return code is 1
The output on STDERR is

Can anyone please help?
