Error with Scheduler Manager

When I click on it I get this error:

Unable to create Scheduler object: Scheduler::load() failed: domxml_open_mem() failed.
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\sysuser\scheduler.php:124 psaerror(string "Unable to create Scheduler object: Scheduler::load() failed: domxml_open_mem() failed.")

Any ideat why?

I have the same problem when trying to access file manager and log files from the domain panel, please see the following thread:

I also have this problem
I got Plesk reinstalled, it worked fine.
Than after some days. again !
The scheduler gives this error.
I upgrded to 7.01, didn't help.
Any suggestion ???
