This is not a new Issue after every automatic Plesk update I receive this

ERROR: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_79e_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17) (Pdo.php:234)

The permission on /tmp is correct as reference to http://kb.odin.com/en/6595

Why do I always get such errors ? any cause ?

Do you have enough free disk space in /tmp ?

No Sir I didn't but after restarting it gets fixed itself..

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/vzfs 25G 14G 12G 53% /
none 1.1G 24K 1.1G 1% /dev

I have plenty of Disk space available..

This happens after Plesk Update only ...
I have to restart the server always after this error which comes after Plesk Update
